Michael Busch is a full time Realtor who enjoys working with people and understands how difficult and stressful real estate transactions can be. Michael has college degrees in Construction Management and Civil Engineering, and 20 years of Residential building experience prior to becoming a Realtor. He has an extensive understanding of the building process, as well as the true definition of "quality workmanship".

He is e-PRO Certified and goes over and above all other Realtors when marketing your home. He will market your home where the buyers are (websites, social media, targeted digital ads, etc) and uses all of the latest techniques (virtual tours, videos, social media stories, etc) in order to put your home in front of as many buyers as possible.

Michael is a member of the Relocation Department within Coldwell Banker, so if you're not familiar with the Local area, that's ok! Michael will listen to what is important to you in a house and community and provide suggestions as to what part of town you might want to call home. If you're moving out of the area, that's ok too! Michael has worldwide contacts and will interview agents in your new city so that you get excellent service in that city as well.
